How We Carry Out Pat Testing

Visual Inspection

​

Prior to carrying out PAT Testing, our PAT testing engineers carry out a thorough visual check of the appliances to spot any damage to plug, power lead or appliance.

In-depth Portable Appliance Testing

​

Our PAT testing engineers perform a series of EET tests or PAT tests, including earth continuity, insulation resistance, and functional testing, depending on the item being tested is class 1, 2 or 3.

​

Results

​

Once our PAT tests are complete, our PAT testing engineers label the appliance with a pass or fail sticker, and the results are downloaded to out pat test equipment and included in with PAT Test certificate.

   Up to 10 items: - £50 min daily charge

   11 - 50 items: - £35 call out fee + £1.60 per item.

   51 - 99 Items: - £35 call out fee + £1.50 per item.

 

   100 - 499 items: - £35 call out fee + £1.40 per item.

 

   500 - 999 Items: - £35 call out fee + £1.30 per item.

 

   1000+ Items: - £35 call out fee + £1.25 per item.
